We offer traditional full-bar menus of popular lagers, spirits and wine. Cocktails like Pimms, Aperol Spritz & English Garden. Our signature cocktails include our marmalade-inspired 'Under the Hat' or our Merry Berry Fizz using foraged Sloe Berries.
Shanty Spirit
Seaweed Botanical Spirits and associated serves. We take each individual botanical and precision vacuum-distil them in an organic grain spirit to extract the freshest flavours from the ingredients.

Vibrant Forest Brewery
We are a small craft brewery located on the very edge of The New Forest national park in the South of England. We make a vast range of beer styles such as massively hopped pale ales, IPAs, strong stouts, barrel aged experiments and sours. Everything we produce is unfiltered, unpasteurised and vegan friendly.
